Company Philosophy

MVCRE’s business philosophy is rooted in service—service to community and service to clients. Jennifer Martin and Meghan Salinas, founders of the business, have strong beliefs in working proactively and cooperatively with all members of the commercial real estate industry.  They are also engrained in the communities in which they work.  Whether serving on a special committee for the city, volunteering for a fundraiser for underprivileged members of the community or helping our business brethren ensure our private property rights are protected, MVCRE brokers embody the spirit of service.


Jennifer Martin brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and brokerage to Mid-Valley Commercial Real Estate.  After working for one of Oregon’s largest regional banks underwriting commercial real estate and commercial construction projects, Jennifer became a broker in 2003 to assist developers, landlords and tenants with a different side of the business.  After working for two national brokerages, honing her craft under the guidance of some of the valley’s finest mentors, and obtaining her CCIM designation, Jennifer decided the time was right to start her own company.


Meghan Salinas joins Jennifer at MVCRE, and together they are a dynamic brokerage team, fusing their respective strengths, knowledge and experience to provide best-in-class service and knowledgeable guidance to their clients.

Meghan worked with Jennifer for six years prior to venturing into the asset management side of the business to work for one of the mid-valley’s largest commercial real estate owners.  There, she developed her skills in understanding the property management and tenant relationship aspects of commercial real estate.

Jennifer and Meghan are excited to be working together again, and look forward to assisting their clients and their clients’ advisors – the mid-valley’s finest real estate attorneys, certified public accountants, appraisers, contractors and city/county officials with the achievement of their commercial real estate goals.


Lindsey Martin joined the MVCRE team early in 2018, adding a new dimension to the company. Lindsey, who is a Principal Broker and no relation to Jennifer, began his career in commercial real estate in 2003, following a successful career in the medical sales field. Lindsey focuses on office and industrial properties, as well as owner-occupied sales in the Willamette Valley. His high-touch customer service and vast network help ensure smooth transactions. Lindsey worked for over five years with Jennifer and Meghan and they are both excited to have him on the team.

Landlord Representation

The evolution of the internet and more specifically the evolution of commercial real estate tools has leveled the playing field as it relates to the marketing of commercial real estate. Mid‐Valley Commercial Real Estate’s use of broker to broker marketing through Vertical Email, as well as memberships with Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service and Loopnet ensure maximum exposure for any property listed with MVCRE. There are numerous listing portals that will be utilized on a case by case basis including, but not limited to CoStar and CCIM Deal Share.

Tenant Representation

Mid‐Valley Commercial Real Estate also provides tenant representation services to qualified tenants seeking assistance with finding the right location for their business. Whether canvassing a market area for suitable locations, studying demographics and other business drivers, or educating users about market trends and advising about appropriate terms and conditions, MVCRE works with tenants looking for their first location as well as those looking to expand or relocate.

Investment Services

Analyzing a commercial real estate asset, whether for an owner-user or an investor, takes a unique set of skills and market knowledge, as well as a vast network of peers and colleagues in pursuit of the most current market information. Jennifer Martin is the only active CCIM designee practicing brokerage in the market. CCIM is an advanced designation in the analysis of investment real estate, giving MVCRE a unique set of tools to assist investors with acquisition and disposition.
